i’m autistic (pro dx) and trans (with dysphoria if any transmeds wanna hop on my ass about it) and literally feeling some discomfort with ur gender is a sign you may be autistic. like it doesn’t have to be full blown dysphoria but this is actually something my therapist asked me about. it’s bc gender is a social construct and us autistics tend to not rly understand/acknowledge/abide by social rules

yeah im not an expert but it definitely makes sense to me that even cis autistic people might have a complex relationship with gender as a result of their autism
